The members of Here Knows When--veterans from shoegaze, indie, punk, and math-rock bands from Chicago, Boston, and California--fortuitously came together via their day jobs at UC Davis. They distill elements from post-punk, math rock, and shoegaze genres into a unique sound that emphasizes dynamics, rhythm, and sonic textures.
